Rockville, Md., March 21 - The Rockville Mayor and Council have named Douglass Barber as the City Clerk / Treasurer. Barber will start Monday, April 30.
Barber, who has served as the City Clerk to Hyattsville, Md., since 2001, will provide administrative and clerical support for the Mayor and Council.
