Ride On’s ridership levels showing steady growth in recent months
Ride On’s ridership levels showing steady growth in recent months Ridership on the Division of Transit Services’ Ride On bus system for the first six months in FY12 (July through December, 2011) has grown by 1.3 percent as compared to the same period in FY11. The most significant growth occurred in November and December where the system realized growth of 5.4 percent and 6.1 percent respectively. In January 2012, ridership again trended higher by about 2-3 percent as compared to the same month in 2011. And February’s preliminary ridership figures were up about 3.5 percent as compared to February, 2011 levels.
