Detectives from the Montgomery County Police Major Crimes Division – Robbery Section continue to investigate the robbery of a CVS Pharmacy in Montgomery Village. Today they are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect involved.
On December 24th, at approximately 8:45 p.m., a suspect entered the CVS Pharmacy at 19100 Montgomery Village Avenue in Montgomery Village, stating he was armed with a handgun. The suspect presented a note, demanded drugs and the employees complied. The suspect fled from the store via the front door in an unknown direction. No one was injured.
Detectives do not believe this robbery is related to the two previous robberies of this CVS that occurred on November 17th and November 30th. The suspect in the previous two robberies was a black male, armed with a shotgun. Today detectives are releasing surveillance photos of the suspect from the December 24th robbery.
Suspect Still at Large
The suspect is described a white male, approximately 25 years-old, 6’-6’3” tall, and weighing between 200-230 lbs. The suspect had bandages wrapped around his head and his arm wrapped in a sling. The suspect was wearing blue jeans and a blue sweatshirt.
