A sexual assault occurred in Aspen Hill on October 26. The 30-year-old victim was dragged into a wooded area near the intersection of Connecticut Avenue and Independence Street. The suspect remains at large. A suspect description and a CrimeSolvers online tip are included.

A man from Montpelier, Vermont was arrested this week related to child sexual abuse that occurred in Silver Spring and Bethesda between 1999 and 2001. Detectives from the Family Crimes Division would like to hear from anyone who may know this man or has additional information.
