Default Leggett to Testify Before Maryland Public Service Commission Regarding Pepco Reliabil

Montgomery County Executive Isiah Leggett will testify at a public hearing of the Maryland Public Service Commission as it continues its investigation into the reliability and quality of electric distribution service provided by the Potomac Electric Power Company (Pepco) to its customers.
