Parents will gain an understanding of how brain development and expression through verbal and non-verbal communication can be strengthened by using a variety of art forms. Parents will have the opportunity to experience new artistic approaches to everyday activities. |
| Alternative Therapies with Arts in the Forefront |  April 28, 2012
2-3:30p.m.
Through presentations on Art Therapy as well as Music and Movement Therapy, parents will gain a better understanding of the world of Therapeutic Art. This session will also provide presentations on the benefits associated with incorporating these therapies into more traditional approaches.

| Improve Quality of Life for Parent and Child With Arts In the Home! |  May 5, 2012

During this session, the focus will be on enriching mundane day to day activities with creativity and fun by incorporating the arts.
