The Takoma Park Police is warning of a new ATM skimmer theft scheme that has been seen in other parts of the country. Thieves are placing a cash skimmer into ATM cash drawers. If you withdraw from an ATM and no money comes out don’t just walk away assuming the machine has malfunctioned.
