A R R E S T S

THEFT ARRESTS
  • 09/15/11-(2:15 p.m.) Mr. Gregory Michael Reamy, Jr., M, age 42, of Montgomery Village was arrested for theft following a complaint in the 600 block of Hungerford Drive. Mr. Reamy was issued a criminal citation and released.

  • 09/16/11-(8:30 p.m. – 9:15 p.m.) Holly Rosemarie Henderson, F, age 45, of Montgomery Village, was arrested for theft following a complaint in the unit block of Maryland Avenue. Ms. Henderson was issued a criminal citation and a trespass notice and released.

ASSAULT ARRESTS
  • 09/12/11-(6:50 a.m.) Maurice Banacek Stevens, M, age 38, of Bethesda, was arrested for 2nd degree assault following a complaint in the 200 block of Virginia Avenue. Mr. Stevens was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

ILLEGAL DRUG ARRESTS
  • 09/11/11-(8:03 p.m.) Marvin Gochez, M, age 22, of Rockville, was arrested for possession of CDS-marijuana and possession of CDS-paraphernalia following a traffic stop at the intersection of Veirs Mill Road and Atlantic Avenue. Mr. Gochez was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

  • 09/15/11-(11:30 p.m. – 11:31 p.m.) Hector Ajade Rodriguez, M, age 26, of no fixed address, was arrested for possession of CDS-cocaine and possession of CDS-paraphernalia following a complaint in the 2000 block of Veirs Mill Road. Mr. Rodriguez was transported to the Central Processing Unit for processing.

  • 09/17/11-(3:16 a.m.) Margaret Lee Brosnan, F, age 25, of Rockville, was arrested for possession of CDS-paraphernalia following a complaint in the 600 block of Edmonston Drive. Ms. Brosnan was issued a criminal citation and released.

  • 09/01/11-09/12/11-(9:00 a.m. - 2:45 p.m.) 500 block of College Parkway, unknown suspect(s) removed a remote controlled car from a residence.

  • 09/12/11-09/13/11-(7:00 p.m. – 6:57 a.m.) 100 block of Dale Drive, unknown suspect(s) removed a GPS, U.S. currency from an unlocked vehicle.

  • 09/12/11-(11:30 p.m. – 11:50 p.m.) 600 block of Blandford Street, unknown suspect(s) removed U.S. currency, a debit card, a bottle of perfume, and a wireless mouse from a residence.

  • 09/14/11—(8:30 p.m. – 8:50 p.m.) 800 block of Rockville Pike, unknown suspect(s) removed a mascot costume head from a restaurant.

  • 09/14/11-09/15/11-(8:00 p.m. – 8:30 a.m.) 1001 Rockville Pike, unknown suspect(s) removed a GPS from a vehicle.

  • 09/15/11-(9:45 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.) 600 block of Lofstrand Lane, unknown suspect(s) removed blower from an unsecured landscaping trailer.

  • 09/15/11-(4:30 p.m. – 5:53 p.m.) 500 block of Hunderford Drive, unknown suspect(s) removed a laptop computer, a check and a passport from a vehicle.

  • 09/18/11-(5:20 p.m. – 5:50 p.m.) 1400 block of Langbrook Place, unknown suspect(s) removed a cell phone, a purse, a wallet containing a driver’s license, a bank card and U.S. currency from an unlocked vehicle.

BURGLARIES
  • 09/12/11-(2:21 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.) 1700 block of Rockville Pike, Commercial, unknown suspect(s) gained access by kicking in a door of a hotel room. Unknown items taken.

  • 09/14/11-(10:15 a.m. – 1:20 p.m.) 500 block of Mannakee Street, Residential, unknown suspect(s) gained access by breaking through a basement window of a residence. Once inside the unknown suspect(s) removed several pieces of jewelry and a video game system.

  • 09/14/11-09/15/11-(11:40 a.m. – 5:40 p.m.) 1000 block of Rockville Pike, Commercial, unknown suspect(s) gained access by forcing open a rear door to a restaurant. Once inside the unknown suspect(s) removed 4 cases of meat and a bottle of alcohol.
