Leggett to speak at second annual welcome home vietnam veterans event
Montgomery County Executive Isiah Leggett will recount his 2009 visit to Vietnam as part of the second annual Welcome Home Vietnam Veterans reunion. The event will feature a reception for veterans and a panel discussion on Vietnam and the Vietnam War: Then and Now. Veterans are encouraged to wear their military uniform or veteran organization attire. The event is sponsored the Montgomery County Commission on Veterans Affairs.
